      <description>&lt;p&gt;I can&amp;#8217;t imagine someone dismissing the legitimate desire for security. But when that becomes rationalization for pre-emptive military action with just cause that is an elaborate fiction, what recourse is there? how to fulfill the reasonable requirement for redress of grievance?&lt;/p&gt;
