Reasonable Needs vs. Greed for Wealth and Lust for Power
I can’t imagine someone dismissing the legitimate desire for security. But when that becomes rationalization for pre-emptive military action with just cause that is an elaborate fiction, what recourse is there? how to fulfill the reasonable requirement for redress of grievance?

I came across this in London Review of Books:
